Hi Lil Hellions! A few weeks ago, I recorded an awesome episode with my lovely friend Joe Shaw. Joe hosts DTalks Podcast and After the Encore Podcast and is so incredibly talented. He joined me to talk about the Von Erich family. They were a wrestling family in the 80s in Texas and all but one have died an extremely tragic death. Y'all know I know nothing about sports, but I found this story so crazy interesting. It's an incredibly heartbreaking example of how damaging unaddressed mental illness can be.
