Kendall shares why she choose to build changing rooms at camp and the importance of empowering younger girls to assist and learn buidling skills.

More from Kendall: Kendall Hovius has been a Girl Scout for 13 years, and is in her Junior year of highschool at the Marine Academy of Science and Technology. She loves STEM, and wants to work as a marine biologist when she is older. Through Girl Scouts, she was able to take a trip to work with Sea Turtle Conservationists in Costa Rica and Panama. Her hobbies include writing, dancing, and reading. Kendall also is a JROTC cadet at her school and will serve as Choir Section Leader in her Senior year. In the Girl Talk Marlton branch she is a mentor to younger girls. During her free time she enjoys playing guitar and DnD with her friends.
