The Low and Middle Selves comprise our Lower Self. The High Self is our Higher Self. "Your Low and MIddle Selves must first be in harmony and balance before you can attune to your High Self. This imperative is the underlying purpose behind several of the exercises you will be doing." The Low Self and High Self comprise our Inner World while the MIddle Self facilitates our Outer World. With daily and intra-daily practice, you will be expanding, harmonizing, and finally uniting these different levels of awareness into a single sense of self.
