From the Episode:

"It's not the busyness that gets you into your purpose. It's not the tactical pieces. It's overarching, how are you building your life, and I know I have to consciously put things on my calendar, such as spend time with the family or spend time with friends, take off and go golfing, because if it's not there, then it just gets absorbed into everything else. So the hustle gets pretty tough. -Dr. T

I think you need to look inwards and spend a lot of time reflecting on your values, the pattern in your life, the defining moments, and leaning into the pain. And you are coming up with a story that you want to share with the world that has all of this integrated into it that showcases your values, defining moments, and pattern. And basically, ask yourself, what do you want to live in this world beyond you? -Lubna Forzley
