Episode 10 - Move Your Career Forward with Brenda Abdilla

Brenda Abdilla is an Executive Coach who founded Management Momentum in 2004 and has successfully developed a wide portfolio of options for clients who want to navigate career-changes and job promotions, increase productivity, improve leadership skills and remove obstacles in the way of moving forward. 

Being immensely gratified by her work, she took the reins of her business in a way that suited her very well which allowed her clients to take away prolific tools from her practice. By way of coaching, workshops, programs and assessments, she’s able to help clients reach their desired outcomes resulting in more than 90% of them getting promoted, landing the role they desire, or addressing core issues, within 12 months of engagement.

Brenda serves as the professional facilitator for two Denver-based Women Presidents’ Organization groups and is the part of the executive coaching team for Powers Resource Center in Boulder.

Brenda’s second book - Outsmarting CrazyTown is a business novel about how derailed professionals can get back on track and is available on all major eBook channels and book stores.
