For my birthday a couple of weeks ago I took a trip to Byron Bay to celebrate and spend time in one of my favourite places on Earth. If you have ever been to Byron Bay you know what I'm talking about! It was a great chance to connect with Mother Nature and get back to neutral and in this podcast I wanted to share with you the importance of doing the little things that make you feel good with consistency. For me it's meditation, exercise in nature, sleep, healthy food, laughter and hydration. It all sounds simple, but through the pace at which a lot of us live our lives, we fall into ruts and misguide our energy into things that aren't always of high value. May this episode help you to re-direct the ship if you have veered away from good health and bring you back into alignment with what feels good in your body!
