Being young in Aotearoa New Zealand can come with some big challenges. The Hear Me See Me podcast aims to shine a light on these. We hear from young people about what they’ve faced, and how they’ve gotten through.

By chatting to young people about their challenges, hopes and dreams, we learn that we can all do something, no matter how small to, contribute to their wellbeing.
