Asanteni Charles, known at Teni, is a women’s footballer with the team Billericay Town FC based in Essex, England and St Vincent Women’s National Team. She has been playing since she was young, even traveling each summer to the IMG Academy to become a better player. Off the pitch, with her sports coaching and performance analysis degree, Teni is also a key voice within women’s sport, helping to drive the younger generation. The struggles of losing her mum and sister at a young age has led Teni to get involved through public speaking, be a part of the FA Womens Leadership Programme ,and support young female athletes in the community with similar struggles to her experiences.
