Panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder where you have repeated attacks of intense fear or nervousness that something bad will happen.
According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, a panic attack is a quick, intense fear and discomfort that includes the following symptoms: sweating, nausea, feelings of chocking, chest pain, trembling, chills, and shortness of breath.
