Organized sports pretty much came to a halt when the rest of the world stopped during COVID-19. So today we are talking all about navigating youth team sports with school and sports starting up again even as the pandemic rages on.
We'll touch on deconditioning and overuse injuries, the benefits of sports and social interaction, as well as managing that COVID-19 infection risk.
