So how can young people help ease the effects of climate change, and be more earth-conscious? In honor of Earth Day this week (April 22nd), we're talking all about ways kids can do their part to help the planet.
Dr. Steph Lee is joining us for that chat. She is a pediatrician with Penn State Health and specializes in preventive medicine. She is a spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics and often speaks to the media about parenting and public health issues, including climate action and immigrant health.
