Interview with Q-Centrix CEO Milton Silva-Craig

Milton Silva-Craig studied international relations, then earned a  law degree and an MBA. His bilingual skills were helpful in his early success within medical imaging at GE, and his journey took him through leadership roles at public and private companies before joining Q-Centrix.

In this episode, Milton shares his perspectives on the founding of Q-Centrix, its evolution, and the ways in which the company's call point and customer base have changed over the years.
