Most have heard of the ketogenic diet and this podcast lets you know what it is.  It is an overview and not a detailed guide, but even then if this is all you have you will be able to use your common sense and go on the diet.  I do believe it is best fat losing diet.  You will need another diet when you lose the weight, and if you go back to your previous diet, you will end up in the same place you are now.
