When is the last time you had no distractions, no IPhone next to you, it was nice and quiet, and it was just you and your thoughts?  If it's been a while ( or you've never had peace and quiet!) this episode is for you!  We spend a lot of time talking about physical health and improving things like knee pain, hip pain, low back pain, etc.  However, your mental health is just as important!  In todays world we have unlimited knowledge in the palm of our hand ( iPhone).  However, this blessing is a curse with unlimited distractions that can and will distract you from your goals and accomplishing your pursuits in life.
