I'm sick of living a life that other people have told me I should live. Today I want to talk about self-acceptance, but not just your physical appearance or how much money you make - it's more than that. It's accepting yourself as a person in general because we're all unique individuals with our own quirks and qualities that nobody can replace. The first step to self-acceptance is recognizing that you deserve it. But how do we deal with the negative thoughts in our head that tell us otherwise? I've been there too. It's a battle of mind over matter when it comes to accepting yourself for who you are. I want you all to know that you deserve love from others and most importantly love for yourselves so please take a few minutes out of your day just for YOURSELF!
