Liz Garster is the former co-host of the former Find Your Shine podcast, which we hosted together before it became solely about women's hormones. She’s multi-passionate and has an addiction to certifications—she’s a certified financial coach, certified health coach and intuitive eating coach, and nearly certified to teach yoga. All of this revolves around a desire to help people. We’ve both gone through a lot of transitions in our lives, from big moves to career and life shifts and more.
