Cassy Joy Garcia is a New York Times bestselling author and the creative force behind popular wellness editorial site, Fed + Fit. Her mission is to make cooking more manageable, especially for moms – which is why I am personally so excited to share this one with you.

Once she had her first child, Cassy was looking for ways to still eat healthy but take out some of the work from cooking. This led her to develop the “cook once” method for meal prep, a genius time saving concept that she’s written about at length. It’s not all quick and easy either, she’s also committed to making intimidating dishes seem more attainable for the average person cooking at home.
