New Teacher Anxiety

I enjoyed this talk with Rob Beltz a lot. We talked a little bit more than new teacher anxiety and dove further into how teachers and parents can help kids through the 2020 to current 2022 situation. Above all Rob is a super great man I enjoyed my talk with very much.

More about Rob Beltz:

He was born in 1962 at Kinchloe A.F.B, Michigan. He is the son of Lt. Colonel Robert F. Beltz, a career air force officer, and Barbara Beltz who was a prominent social worker doing fantastic work with the elderly and the underprivileged. He is the youngest of four siblings and two time prostate cancer survivor. Mr. Beltz has been married to Andrea Beltz for 31 years and they have a beautiful daughter named, Lauren, who lives and works in Monterey, CA.

Additionally, Mr. Beltz has been a drug and alcohol counselor, property managers, and has been an elementary school teacher for 25 years. Presently, he teaches 5th grade with Merced City School District in Merced, CA. Recently, Mr. Beltz realized a lifelong dream to author his own book. Titled, "The New Teachers INSTANT Survival Guide". It is designed to help brand new teachers minimize their anxiety with tools proven to create a successful classroom and career. It has been released on Amazon and it is getting rave reviews.
