In this week of International Women, I had a powerful conversation with a CEO of one of the biggest pharmaceutical corporations in the world.  

We love talking about collaboration or partnership on HeadsTalk, especially how prevalent this has become post the pandemic. This conversation took a different direction to the partnership conversations we normally have. Brigitte Novel, CEO Roche Pharma Canada talks about the importance of the patient partnership they have and how this is cultivated by Roche. A tremendous amount of work, research and thought have gone into this and Brigitte, with her team at Roche Canada, are at the forefront; applying the right and latest enabling technologies. 

A conversation that shows you where Roche Canada is going and how this disruptive tech and 4th industrial revolution is driving this. Definitely a part 2 to this conversation to see and talk about how some of the ambitious targets discussed have been met. So stay tuned for that. I’m quietly confident that Part 2 will be equally enlightening.
