In this episode of Heads Talk,  I am delighted to be joined by Claudia Cordioli, Global #CFO Reinsurance, Swiss Re. Claudia talked about her role during the last 18 months and the impact it has had on CFOs in general forcing them to adopt entrepreneurial instincts and traits in order to deliver for their organisation.  We explore the CFO’s of the future and talk about the different hats they currently wear. Long gone are the traditional CFOs and the new breed are preparing themselves for the new world we are living in. 

Claudia is a seasoned fiscal professional and has had over 25 years in the financial sector. She joined Swiss Re in 2003 where she had a number of senior finance roles including Head of Swiss Re’s Group External reporting and CFO Reinsurance EMEA. 

In 2016 she assumed the role of Head of Italy, Iberia & Mediterranean, and was appointed Head of Western and Southern Europe in 2018. 

As a member of a number of Boards and Management Committees of Swiss Re subsidiaries in several European countries, Claudia is fully versed on strategic, regulatory and financial matters across the region.
