Life is funny, isn't it? It has lots of surprises.

It catches up with us all, and before you know it, you are in the hospital with months of uncertainty ahead.

This was me. On my 30th birthday, I had a serious accident. Since then, I have had some pretty amazing conversations with people around me. I thought the world should hear these - so here we are, my podcast.

Hopefully, it will give you a chance to pause for a moment or start a conversation of your own. You may find these helpful on your journey to recovery, or simply reach out to someone and say what you've always wanted to say.

Thank you for being a part of this experience and I hope it brings you whatever you need.

Now, put your headphones in and turn the volume up because I'm Sam Stephen and this is 'Headphones In'.
