This week we welcome special guest Myriam Glez to the podcast. Myriam is a 4X Olympian who competed and coached for four different countries in  Synchronized Swimming. In this episode, she takes us through the rigorous training schedule she endured, including running, weighting, dance, and gymnastics. Currently, Myriam is the founder of Athletes Soul, an organization that helps support and serve the interests of athletes as they transition out of sports and raise awareness about the challenges of athletic retirement. As a competitor who has faced her own "Olympic Blues," Myriam is now helping athletes at all levels and all disciplines transition and start an emotionally healthy life and career after sports.
