Tracy is currently the Olympic Sports Coordinator - Strength & Conditioning Coach and Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida. She has held previous positions such as Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL), Director of Strength & Conditioning at Ultimate Lacrosse, Strength & Conditioning Intern with the Atlanta Falcons, and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Pennsylvania. Zimmer earned her Master's and Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Temple University. Coach Tracy Zimmer has a passion for training that you can feel throughout this episode.
