Val is currently the Program Director & Professor of Nutrigenomics at John Patrick University. Val is also a Health Consultant, Functional Nutritionist, and CEO of Atlas Genetics Inc, a health coaching company using genetic and microbiome analysis. Val Prisecaru has been working as a nutritionist and nutrigenomics consultant for the past 20 years. Specializing in glycomic, genetic, and microbiome analysis to help determine the optimal diet, lifestyle, supplements, and medication for each of his clients. Val earned his Master's Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois.
