Hawkeye 4DT – Bye Week (2023)

Buckle up, Hawkeye fans, this one is not for the faint of heart. While there is typically no Hawkeye 4DT during the bye week, the events of Saturday’s controversial battle for Floyd of Rosedale were enough to bring Brian and Zach together for this special bye week episode. After a lengthy discussion about the best play in Kinnick Stadium history that was absolutely stolen from Cooper DeJean, the guys discuss the one topic upon which everyone who watched the game last Saturday agrees - Iowa’s abysmal offense and it’s ability to continue to find new lows. Indeed, after two prior seasons during which the guys repeatedly stated “it can’t get worse than this . . .,” the Hawkeyes continue to prove the guys wrong. Finally, Brian and Zach share their thoughts on the overall state of the Iowa football program, including changes that they hope to see at the top of the program.
