While not being actual seeds, Crack Seed is a category of dehydrated and preserved fruits sometimes seasoned with another local favorite, Li Hing Mui. Kay's Crackseed store is a little hidden hole in the wall that has been family owned and operated for 32 years, located in Manoa Marketplace. Even though they are an old and small store, they have successfully kept their business going with their service, quality, and traditional recipes. Kay's is favored by all the locals in the area and a great place to find candy, li hing mui  snacks, dried fruits, icees, and even shaved ice!
