The Kentucky Fried Movie is an example of a comedy that does not hold up very well as time passes. That does not mean it's a bad movie, however, and the relevance of the film is easily seen, if for no other reason than it gave us the team of Zucker, Abrahams, Zucker who went on to make Airplane! and the Naked Gun.
