We are starting a new series on this podcast called Strange Coffee Origins. Each episode we will be brewing coffee from the country, discussing why it's not commonly seen in specialty coffee and go over the history of the country and coffee there.
In this episode we are going over the Democratic Republic of Congo, discussing how a beautiful, resource filled country with prime terroir for coffee has had a terrible violent past which has kept them from reaching their full potential.
