Jamin Brazil: So, I’d like to start with a little bit of context. Tell us about your parents, and how they have formed what you’re doing today.

Orion Brown: So, I grew up on the south side of Chicago. I grew up primarily in a single-parent household. I was raised by my mom. And my dad and I actually are in touch later in life. And so, for many years, I was the only child, with a lot of time on my hands. Similar to kind of how people are feeling right now. I spent a lot of time reading, and being very nerdy. And that was always really encouraged by both of my parents, just to work really hard, and have very, very clear goals. And so, ironically, what I do today has nothing to do with what I’d say the first 20, 22 years of my life focused on. I always thought I was going to be a doctor, and a lot of life happened, and I got to my junior year of college, and I was like, I need to pivot, and I need to go get a real skill. Because all– I know pipettes and I know O-chem. But, like, how do I go out into the world? And so, really for me, I think it was the encouragement to focus on goals, and be really clear about what it is that I want. And then,
