In this episode we continue the interview we had with Mike Donahue, youth specialist, school culture expert, communicator and author of several books. You may remember us talking about him in episode 323 "Fake Happy". His is one of three new podcasts Happy Life Studios will be launching soon where we will talk about his book, "Talking To Brick Walls"—teaching us how to communicate with our teenage children. Fake Happy is actually something that Mike talks about in his school assemblies. Since I wanted all you Happy Lifers to meet Mike before we start posting his new podcast, I asked him if I could interview him regarding this topic. He came up with some great answers to Fake Happy and as I was wrapping up our interview, we got on another tangent and it was so good I decided to keep recording and make it another episode. You may remember in episode 323 "Fake Happy", I talked about something that almost stopped me from ever starting Happy Life Studios. As I was getting ready to wrap up our interview with Mike Donahue we started down another path which actually talks about that very thing that almost stopped me from starting Happy Life Studios in the first place.
