Welcome to today’s Dog Days of Advent episode, featuring the Advent word of the day from AdventWord.org: Voice. 

It is easy to get swept up in the actions of a game, find yourself calling out “audibles” when it looks like your Fireteam needs some help. Thing is, that may not be your job when you are on a Nightfall or a Raid Layer. The responsibility to call out plays, assign positions, and offer up strategies and tactics that will get both you and your team to the end of the final fight is one voice. That voice is your Strike or Raid Commander.
