Today’s Advent word from AdventWord.org takes us deep into Destiny lore as it is an important presence in the game and in the world created by Bungie. Our Advent word for today’s installment of The Dog Days of Advent is Light. 

Arguably, this is what makes Guardians unique, but what exactly is Light and what can it do? Is it all that makes us Guardians, or are Guardians more than what this power brings to us? Is there anything that opposes Light, and what power does it possess? We explore the history of Light and speculate about what is to come in future today, and we hope to hear what you think of the Light’s influence in Destiny.
