If you are familiar with my work, you already understand that as humans we subconsciously trap emotional events that have happened to us throughout our life. This trapping is due to the body experiencing an emotion, let’s say ‘helplessness’, but then never releasing the emotion and becoming stuck in that negative frequency. You have probably understood this concept by the weight you feel of not being able to let go of an experience of your past. This is when our bodies trap an emotional sliver that stays with us until it’s addressed. For example, that emotion of helplessness could have been from something that happened at age 5, and through the years of building up different trapped emotions, that person can now be more anxious in their 20s and beyond.
