In this episode, I talk with Coach Colin McQuillan, Defensive Coordinator & linebackers coach at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Coach McQuillan is in his second year leading the Bulldog defense. At the time of this recording, there was still a plan to play Division 2 football in the fall, that has since changed and the SWOSU football program is back practicing for their spring season. Coach McQuillan and his wife happily welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world on October 20th.
