Episode 88 of the Hangin with Coach Noonan podcast features current Associate Director of Football Sports Performance at the University of Southern California & former Denton Guyer Wildcat, Coach Bryan Kegans. Coach Kegans arrived at USC in January of 2022 after spending 4 seasons at the University of Oklahoma where he was the assistant director of sports performance and the director of sport science. Prior to OU Coach Kegans was at Fulshear High School, Denton Guyer High School, the University of Texas, and Texas Women’s University. Coach Kegans played offensive line and special teams at Texas Tech from 2002-to 2005. Coach Kegans is widely known for his creativity and implementation of the grid while at Guyer and for bringing the grid to his various stops along the way. Coach and I talk shop along with some other topics related to strength and conditioning.
