Episode 86: I talk with Owner and Founder of Athleats Nutrition, Jaclyn Sklaver. Jaclyn Sklaver, MS, CNS, LDN is a nationally recognized Board Certified & Licensed Functional Medicine Sports Nutritionist. Her company, Athleats Nutrition works with an extensive profile of active gym goers and professional athletes  to ensure proper body composition, performance, recovery, injury prevention, and career longevity. Jaclyn has coached over 375 elite-level athletes in preparing them for the draft and off-season workouts as well as 80 NFL & NBA veterans throughout the 12 month calendar and is the team dietitian for former World Heavy-Weight Champion Deontay Wilder.

In addition to nutrition, Jaclyn is a Strength & Condition coach and USAW weightlifting coach. From the weight room to the field, she understands the entire training process, and how to make her clients perform at their very best. As a competitive athlete herself, Jaclyn understands the lifestyle and demands of athletes. She makes nutrition accessible and simple while educating her athletes, and teaches them how to continue to eat right for optimal performance.
