Coach Vandenberg is the 7-12 ELA & PE Teacher, Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, Assistant Football Coach (WR/DB), Assistant Track Coach (Sprints). Coach Vandenberg has a Bachelor’s Degree in 7-12 ELA & PE, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction, and a Master’s Degree in Human Performance & Wellness Management. Coach and I discuss how he accomplishes the minimal effective dose at a small school where many athletes are performing multiple sports all year. We also dive into his coaching story and where he wants to progress in the future.
