She believes strongly in empowerment through education and building confidence through training. Coach Myers has earned multiple degrees and certifications to continue to grow and improve herself and her coaching. As a competitive powerlifter, Coach Myers holds 11 state records, as well as competing at the national level, and a professional figure competitor.
