Episode 108 features Coach Anna Woods. She is the Founder of sheSTRENGTH as well as a Full-Time Trainer/Coach for Online App/In-Person Gym Training- 2 locations in Central KS. She is a business owner, programmer, college sheSTRENGTH internship mentor, leader of video production, social media manager, gym janitor and personal trainer/coach for over 200 clients a week through online and in-person training. Coach Woods also works with Hutch Community College Softball and with Buhler High School as the Women’s Strenth Coach. She is also a Personal Trainer for Disability Supports of the Great Plains, LLC. Coach Woods and I discuss coaching special needs population athletes, developing programming for the female athlete and continuing to break down barriers and walls for those in the minority.
