Monte and I dive into high school powerlifting- the meat & potatoes of it, geared lifting, training as a team, programming training, and more. Monte is a long-time powerlifter in both single and multi-ply lifting have amassed 2000lb totals multiple times, 1000lb squat, 600+lb bench, and 600+lb deadlift.
