On Monday, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear ripped people for filing fake unemployment claims, and cited a case where someone used the name "Tupac Shakur." 

A guy named Speedy Gonzales was pulled over and arrested in Georgia after several months on the run. Cops had been trying to track him down since January, when he stole a bunch of checks from a guy's mailbox.
