My name is Jacqueline Capatolla I have been in the beauty and fashion industry for over 3 decades. I have a true passion for all things beauty.

Having a salon for 27 years and recently closing my Brick and Mortar
and now I’ve have taken my salon online and with in person education.
Certificate motivational speaker and business coach. Specializing in
confidence building and business branding. Aligning physical appearance
with inner strength.

Award winning entrepreneur who loves to help others look and feel
beautiful inside and out. I help purpose driven women entrepreneurs show
up with more confidence by aligning physical appearance and inner
strength.

I have styled countless editorial shoots, photo-shoots, runway and
platform artistry, bridal hair and makeup and continuing education
productions.

Being an educator in the industry i enjoy teaching and sharing my
experiences and knowledge of this industry. With my Jacqueline's INSIDE
OUT program I focus on self love and self confidence...founder of the
360 Confidence Total Makeover and the wheel of confidence Method.  This unique program was developed in my salon as a way to teach the
importance of inner beauty first. With my 5-elements Identity, mindset ,
physical appearance, wellness, inspiration within the 4-Pillars beauty
Fashion , wellness and inspiration. Working together and building
relationships with goal  setting and development. Mentoring with a twist
as my salon helped beauty school students and stylist develop and grow
in this industry. Jacqueline's Inside out is now a tv show that I host
featured on Bethel Park Tv and YouTube. We focus on beauty , fashion ,
wellness and inspiration.

From the moment I began playing with baby dolls at a young age , I knew I
wanted to make a difference in the beauty and fashion world. Following
my dreams , I entered the beauty industry at the age of 16 as a shampoo
girl working in a salon in Downtown Pittsburgh. My inspiration comes
from all the beauty in the world, from past , present, and future. I
have a strong belief beauty comes from within.

Showing clients everyday how to feel beautiful inside and out.

Platform artist for hair / fashion shows.

My clients mean the world to me ...I have built  such a great
relationship with each and everyone of my clients. I appreciate their
business and the support that all of my clients give me. My clients
become my friends and it's a honor to be able to help them look and feel
beautiful inside and out.

One of my proudest career goals was to become an author of my first book
called SHEAR DREAMS. The life and journey of a hairstylist. As I have
gone through the years in this industry i took notes. Those notes turned
into inspiration to share my knowledge , experiences which led me to
write this book. My hope is to give motivation , inspiration to the
reader to follow their dreams even when times are hard. Changing lives
one client at a time. I sincerely hope that what you read in the
chapters will encourage you to pursue your dreams and believe in
yourself.

After three years of working on my book SHEAR DREAMS it was published on amazon.com in November of 2012.

My heart and soul is my faith and family  , I'm a wife , mom /grandma
and daughter / sister , aunt ....my family and friends  are truly my
world. With them I am whole !

My faith is what keeps me going every day. Without it I would not have
all the opportunities and love I receive in life. Faith , family and
friends ...my many blessings !
