Alex Yarber 30, Who LOVES and has so much passion for fashion and creating those beautiful looks that inspire us. He has been drawn to work in fashion since he was a little boy wearing his mama’s heels around the house trying to steal her vogue out her beauty room. Alex dreamed of being the person to create those beautiful images we see in magazines. Being an artist was in his blood, Alex never imagined he'd go from cutting scene hair cuts in high school to a 6 figure artist.

Alex grew up in the Gulfshores area where he developed his talent in photography. He was obsessed with portraiture which lead him to pursue his degree in the fine arts. In Alex's small town the only photography making the kind of money he wanted to make was wedding photography and that just wasn’t his gig, so Alex decided to go to school for cosmetology. It was at the Aveda Institute in Birmingham that discovered his talent and calling to do hair. He started getting involved with social and saw an amazing opportunity to build an online portfolio that would attract clients and brands to work with him. Alex dedicated photo time for every client and in all that practice he saw a way to also incorporate his love for making beautiful images.

Fast forward 6 years and Alex likes to think "I’ve done a lot". He likes to credit much of his success to putting himself out there and chasing every opportunity. 3 years ago Alex opened his own salon with hopes to bring a safe place to his town for people of all walks of life in my small minded conservative town. Little did Alex know he'd be fighting a pandemic. Even though Alex was scared his business would fail, he fought to see it through. Since Alex started doing hair he's been nominated for a btc oneshot award, been a product tester and educator for an international brand, hired on as an influencer for an amazing new company, worked on countless photo shoots, as well as shows like NY fashion The Blonds, L’Agence, Alexander Wang, Joshua Kane and many more. This is only the beginning! Alex wants use his talent of make people look like super stars so everyone can feel like a celebrity ✨
