I met Melissa through her work as a SoulCycle Instructor, but during the lockdown, I would discover not only is she a fantastic leader in the studio, her attitude to life outside of it is equally as inspiring. Seeing Melissa use her voice and her story as a parent, a woman and a respected person in the fitness industry the past several months has been incredible and hearing her story for the episode was the perfect way to round out season 3.
