Ebun Ali S4 E7: The Heart Stylist Who Brings Joy to the World

Today's guest is the fantastic Ebun Ali.

I was fortunate enough to meet Ebz around 4 years ago on a coaching based course and was immediately introduced to how upbeat, fun and fantastic she was! I loved learning about her story where she speaks about her experience as a performer that took her to places such as a host all the way to a beauty pageant.  As we kept in touch over the past few years, I got to learn about a group that she founded in Mentality Live.

Mentality Live is an amazing group that provides men a space to think, feel, discuss and share about topics which impact their mental health. It's a beautiful space that allows men to be compassionate, caring and sensitive whilst in a bubble of support from like-minded men. It's symbolic of the woman who founded it. Kind, compassionate and beautiful in spirit.
