This past week I attended my quarterly session at Strategic Coach. Strategic Coach is an organization that helps me and many other entrepreneurs and business leaders sharpen our focus and stay on track to accomplish our goals. One of the tools the Strategic Coach team uses is called the Commitment Mindset Maximizer. It’s a simple tool that uses a few carefully worded questions to dig into the areas where you need to make changes.
