In episode 42 of the Growth Bomb podcast, Brandon talks about the three big mistakes people make in crowdfunding campaigns and how he was able to build a dynamic team that helped him launch his newest project The Young Entrepreneurs Convention by selling his vision and dream.

Brandon Adams is a 2012 graduate of Iowa State University and the inventor of the Arctic Stick. His first invention, the Arctic Stick has garnered a wealth of attention from media and investors coast-to-coast. In addition to being featured in the USAToday.com, in the Des Moines Register, on KCWI-TV and on WHO Radio, the Arctic Stick completed a successful Kickstarter campaign in August of 2014, securing more than $25,000 in funding from hundreds of investors in the U.S. and internationally.

Additionally, Adams launched The University of Young Entrepreneurs in 2015 to reach out to other entrepreneurs looking to get a jump-start at a young age. The effort includes a podcast and work is in progress on expanding it to include webcasts, a publishing arm and more. The University of Young Entrepreneurs just made the top 50 most influential new business podcast.
