Today I chat with Rachel Voelkle-Kuhlmann, a creativity coach and Founder of Joybrick residing in Buffalo, NY who changed the trajectory of her life by finding and embracing creativity.

Rachel obtained her Masters Degree in Creativity from SUNY Buffalo State College, and as her final project, she developed a mastermind / group coaching project with women / women identified business owners. This has now turned into her own business, and I was fortunate enough to be a part of this first cohort.

In this episode we talk about that experience, how it changed our lives, what exactly creativity means, and how creativity leads to an expanse in energy in every area of our lives. It's so juicy and SO damn good!
