Matt Blois is a golf performance coach, club fitter, and YouTuber, who runs Golf Liberty in Toronto, Canada. After years of struggling with his mental health and seeking intensive treatment, Matt and his therapist have now launched the Preserve Foundation, a comprehensive mental health clinic offering funding to individuals in need of treatment. Matt shares how his relationship with golf changed through the height of his panic attacks — something that led him to keep a bottle of valium in his golf bag. Now, Matt is committed to providing support not only to golfers, but to everyone who needs it.

In this session: golf in COVID, falling through the cracks, we love bad golf teams.
