Lennard Long — or, Sweet Swing Leo, in this session — is a DC-based golfer, First Tee coach, Morehouse College grad, and 2022 Wells Fargo Championship pro-am participant. That's exactly where the Shrinks met Leo: to help cover his and his fellow First Tee mentors' experience playing a round of golf with Rory McIlroy. Leo is much more than his already impressive C.V.: he's driven, hungry, deeply thoughtful, caring, and passionate about using his experiences to inspire a new generation of golfers. This conversation is reflective, but Leo is clearly focused on what's next.
